基于产品生命周期的篮球鞋绿色设计探究

摘　　要：随着环保理念逐渐深入人心,篮球鞋设计研究领域也开始进入可持续发展阶段。然而,在篮球鞋设计生产的具体环节,仍然存在各种问题。本文结合案例分析,探讨绿色设计理念在篮球鞋设计中的应用及发展方向。基于产品生命周期理论,通过调查分析法,从篮球鞋产品回收处理的再利用、再制造、环保处理3个阶段来考虑绿色设计影响下的篮球鞋设计策略。分别从品牌方和消费者的角度探讨绿色设计在产品中的应用。设计可拆卸的篮球鞋零件,采用可降解的篮球鞋材料以及统一回收废旧篮球鞋是篮球鞋品牌方实现可持续发展的方式;改造废旧篮球鞋,选择正规篮球鞋品牌也是从消费者角度贯彻绿色设计的方法。将绿色设计应用到产品中,对产品,人和环境的和谐共存有一定的借鉴意义。With the concept of environmental protection gradually gaining popularity,the field of basketball shoe design and research also began to enter the stage of sustainable development.However,there are still various problems in the design and production of basketball shoes.This paper discusses the application and development direction of green design concept in basketball shoe design based on case analysis.Based on the product life cycle theory,through investigation and analysis,the basketball shoe design strategy under the influence of green design was considered from three stages of recycling,remanufacturing and environmental protection.The application of green design in products is discussed from the perspective of brand side and consumer.The design of detachable basketball shoe parts,the use of degradable basketball shoe materials and unified recycling of waste basketball shoes are the way to achieve sustainable development.To transform old basketball shoes and choose regular basketball shoes brand is also a way to carry out green design from the perspective of consumers.The application of green design to products has certain reference significance for the harmonious coexistence of products,human and environment.
