中子活化分析仪在铜矿石在线检测的应用

摘　　要：西藏某大型铜矿智能化建设中,配矿工艺中引入中子活化在线分析仪,安装于旋回破碎机后转运皮带,实时检测矿石品位情况,将结果反馈给配矿系统,指导配矿调整及卡车调度,实现配矿过程的闭环控制。现场应用效果表明,分析仪对铜矿石标准样品及生产矿石测量精度高,数据相关性高,趋势一致性好,能够有效指导配矿,稳定入厂矿石品位。In the intelligent construction of a large copper mine in Tibet,the neutron activation online analyzer is installed in the transfer belt after the gyratory crusher in the process of ore blending,the ore grade is detected in real time,and the results are fed back to the ore blending system to guide the ore blending adjustment and truck scheduling,so as to realize the closed-loop control of the ore blending process.The field application results show that the analyzer has high measurement accuracy,high data correlation and good trend consistency for copper ore standard samples and production ores,which can effectively guide ore blending and stabilize the ore grade.
