摘 要:急倾斜薄矿脉在推进机械化采矿时,由于矿脉薄、储量小,采用常规脉外斜坡道作为设备进出通道,存在采准时间长、采切比过大的问题。针对急倾斜薄矿脉初选了4种技术上可行的采矿方法,重点对比了脉内和脉外斜坡道采准的上向分层充填法的技术经济指标。脉外斜坡道采准下的采场生产能力是脉内斜坡道下的2倍,但采切比也增大近3倍;脉内斜坡道上向分层充填法的生产能力较小,但也接近100 t/d,能满足矿山产能要求。经工业试验,脉内斜坡道上向分层充填法采场生产能力达到97.2 t/d,采切比控制在8.5 m/kt,采矿综合成本98.2元/t,达到预期效果。In the process of mechanized mining of steeply inclined thin veins,due to the thin veins and small reserves,the conventional out-vein ramp is used as the inlet and outlet channel of equipment,which has the problems of long mining preparation time and large mining-cuting ratio.Four technically feasible mining methods were selected for the steeply inclined thin vein,and the technical and economic indexes of the upward layered filling method for the in-vein and out-vein ramp mining were compared.The production capacity of the stope under the out-vein ramp is 2 times that under the in-vein ramp,but the mining ratio is also increased by nearly 3 times.The production capacity of the in-vein ramp upward layered filling method is small,but it is also close to 100 t/d,which can meet the mine production capacity requirements.The industrial test shows that the production capacity of the stope with the upward layered filling method of the in-vein ramp reaches 97.2 t/d,the mining-cutting ratio is controlled at 8.5 m/kt,and the comprehensive mining cost is 98.2 yuan/t,which achieves the expected results.
