大团山矿床破碎带矿体回采方案研究

摘  要:针对破碎带矿体,通常采用缩小采场尺寸、严格控制顶板暴露面积等方式开采,但通常生产效率低、生产成本较高。针对大团山矿床破碎带矿体开采,在前期治理、后续勘查验证的基础上,利用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件,计算分析了破碎带及周边完整矿岩整体式回采后空区的稳定性。结果表明,破碎带整体平均宽度不大于30 m的情况下,在凿岩中段提前实施护顶支护后,可以适度扩大破碎带采场尺寸,将破碎带与周边完整矿岩划分为同一采场,实施一次性整体回采,可以有效利用周边完整矿岩分担和转移采场应力,较好地兼顾安全和采矿效率。For the ore body in the fracture zone,mining is usually carried out by reducing the size of the stope and strictly controlling the exposed area of the roof,but usually the production efficiency is low and the production cost is high.In view of the mining of ore bodies in the fracture zone of the Datuanshan deposit,based on the pre-treatment and follow-up exploration verification,FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation software was used to calculate and analyze the stability of the goaf after the integral mining of the fracture zone and the surrounding complete ore and rock.The results show that under the condition that the overall average width of the fracture zone is not more than 30 m,the stope size of the fracture zone can be appropriately expanded after the roof support is implemented in advance in the middle section of the drilling.The fracture zone and the surrounding complete ore rock are divided into the same stope,and the one-time overall mining is carried out,which can effectively use the surrounding complete ore rock to share and transfer the stope stress,and better balance the safety and mining efficiency.
