摘  要:为探索南芬选矿厂矿石适宜的干式预选条件,对-40、-50 mm样品分别开展了干式预选试验,讨论了磁场强度和带速对干选效果的影响。结果表明,磁场强度一定时,永磁滚筒带速越大,抛尾产率越大,尾矿品位越高,精矿MFe回收率越低;确定条件下,-40 mm样品的抛尾产率为12.60%、尾矿MFe品位为1.68%、精矿MFe回收率为99.08%,-50 mm样品的抛尾产率为11.85%、尾矿MFe品位为1.93%、精矿MFe回收率为99.01%;确定条件下,-40 mm样品干式预选精矿-0.074 mm 2.35%、40~25 mm 34.67%、P_(80)=31.40 mm,-50 mm样品干式预选精矿-0.074 mm 1.43%、38~25 mm 41.91%、P_(80)=41.33 mm。试验确定的干式预选磁场强度为318.47 kA/m、永磁滚筒带速为1.5 m/s。In order to explore the suitable dry preselection conditions for the ores in Nanfen concentrator,dry preselection tests were carried out on-40 mm and-50 mm samples respectively,and the influence of magnetic field intensity and belt speed on dry separation effect were discussed.The results showed that when the magnetic field intensity is constant,the higher the permanent magnet drum speed is,the higher the tailings grade is,and the lower the MFe recovery rate of concentrate.Under certain conditions,the tailings yield of-40 mm sample is 12.60%,the tailings MFe grade is 1.68%,and the concentrate MFe recovery rate is 99.08%;The tailings yield of -50 mm sample is 11.85%,the tailings MFe grade is 1.93%,and the concentrate MFe recovery rate is 99.01%.Under certain conditions,dry preconcentrate of-40 mm sample was-0.074 mm accounting for 2.35%,40~25 mm accounting for 34.67%,P_(80)=31.40 mm;Dry preconcentrate of -50 mm sample was -0.074 mm accounting for 1.43%,38~25 mm accounting for 41.91%,P_(80)=41.33 mm.It was determined by the test that the magnetic field intensity is 318.47 kA/m and the permanent magnet drum belt speed is 1.5 m/s in dry preselection.
