摘 要:某优质铁精矿磁性铁含量较高,主要杂质为SiO_(2),其他杂质含量较低,为了论证其是否可成为生产高性能铁氧体的原料,进行了超纯铁精矿选矿试验,并用获得的超纯铁精矿生产高性能铁氧体试验。结果表明,试验原料通过塔磨(-0.038 mm94%)—1次弱磁选—1粗1精反浮选流程处理,可获得TFe品位71.85%、SiO_(2)含量0.22%、Al2O3含量0.26%,TFe回收率38.57%的超纯铁精矿以及TFe品位70.57%、TFe回收率60.86%的高品质铁精矿;超纯铁精矿与试验原料相比,SiO_(2)含量从4.78%大幅度降至0.22%,流程脱硅效果良好;连选试验获得的超纯铁精矿生产的铁氧体磁块磁性能指标为Br436 mT、Hcb332 kA/m、Hcj488 kA/m、(BH)max37 kJ/m^(3),达到了高性能铁氧体的标准。The magnetic iron content of a high-quality iron concentrate is high,the main impurity is SiO_(2),and the content of other impurities is low.In order to demonstrate whether it can be used as a raw material for the production of high-performance ferrite,the beneficiation test of ultra-pure iron concentrate was carried out,and the test of producing high-performance ferrite with the ultra-pure iron concentrate was carried out.The results showed that the test raw materials were treated by tower mill(-0.038 mm accounting for 94%)-one low intensity magnetic separation-one roughing one cleaning reverse flotation process,and the ultra-pure iron concentrate with TFe grade of 71.85%,SiO_(2) content of 0.22%,Al2O3 content of 0.26% and TFe recovery rate of 38.57% was obtained.The high quality iron concentrate with TFe grade of 70.57% and TFe recovery rate of 60.86% was obtained.Compared with the test raw materials,the SiO_(2) content of ultrapure iron concentrate was greatly reduced from 4.78% to 0.22%,and the desilication effect of the process was good.The magnetic properties of ferrite blocks produced by ultra-pure iron concentrate obtained by continuous separation test were Br436 mT,Hcb332 kA/m,Hcj488 kA/m and(BH)max37 kJ/m³,which met the standard of high performance ferrite.
