摘 要:某低品位铜钼矿石含铜0.62%、含钼0.028%,主要铜矿物为黄铜矿、蓝辉铜矿、铜蓝、黝铜矿,主要钼矿物为辉钼矿,主要脉石矿物为石英和长石,其次为云母(黑云母,白云母,绢云母)和黏土类矿物(高岭石、变水高岭石等)。为了确定合适的铜钼回收工艺,在分析了矿石性质的基础上,采用铜钼混合浮选—铜钼混合精矿再磨—铜钼分离流程进行了试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占65%的情况下,采用1粗1精2扫铜钼混浮、混合精矿再磨至-0.074 mm占65%的情况下1粗4精2扫流程铜钼分离,最终获得铜品位为26.70%、铜回收率为87.23%、含钼0.071%的铜精矿,钼品位为47.59%、钼回收率为84.18%、含铜0.07%的钼精矿,较好地实现了铜钼的分离回收。The copper and molybdenum content of a low-grade copper-molybdenum ore are 0.62% and 0.028%,respectively.The main copper minerals are chalcopyrite,blue chalcocite,covellite and tetrahedrite.The main molybdenum mineral is molybdenite.The main gangue minerals are quartz and feldspar,followed by mica(biotite,muscovite,sericite)and clay minerals(kaolinite,halloysite,etc.).In order to determine the appropriate copper-molybdenum recovery process,based on the analysis of ore properties,the copper molybdenum mixed flotation-copper molybdenum mixed concentrate regrinding-copper molybdenum flotation separation process was tested.The results showed that the ore was subjected to one roughing,one cleaning and two scavenging copper-molybdenum mixed flotation under the condition of grinding fineness of−0.074 mm accounting for 65%.When the mixed concentrate was reground to-0.074 mm accounting for 65%,copper and molybdenum were separated by one roughing,four cleaning and two scavenging.Finally,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 26.70%,copper recovery rate of 87.23% and molybdenum content of 0.071% was obtained,and the molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 47.59%,molybdenum recovery rate of 84.18% and copper content of 0.07% was obtained,which well realized the separation and recovery of copper and molybdenum.
