摘 要:深井高地应力巷道矿压显现复杂、巷道支护困难。以赵楼煤矿7303运输顺槽为研究对象,提出基于新型柔性锚杆的深井高地应力巷道厚层锚固控制技术。数值模拟结果显示,在应用厚层锚固控制技术后,围岩应力场与位移场得到明显改善,顶板最大下沉量与两帮最大收敛量分别下降56.8%和40.8%;经工业试验,现场实测顶板下沉量与两帮收敛量分别集中在40~84 mm和52~106 mm,巷道变形得到有效控制。研究成果可为其他类似地质条件的深井巷道提供参考。The mine pressure behavior of high ground stress roadway in deep mine is complex and the roadway support is difficult.Taking the 7303 transportation crossheading of Zhaolou Coal Mine as the research object,the thick layer anchorage control technology of deep mine high ground stress roadway based on new flexible bolt is proposed.The numerical simulation results show that the stress field and displacement field of surrounding rock are obviously improved after the application of thick layer anchorage control technology,and the maximum subsidence of roof and the maximum convergence of two sides decrease by 56.8% and 40.8% respectively.Through the industrial test,the measured roof subsidence and the convergence of the two sides are concentrated in 40~84 mm and 52~106 mm respectively,and the roadway deformation is effectively controlled.The research results can provide reference for other deep roadways with similar geological conditions.
