摘 要:为给某大型贫赤铁矿选厂的扩建提供科学依据,开展了矿石性质分析和选矿试验研究。结果表明,全铁含量31.50%,赤褐铁含量19.80%、磁性铁含量7.40%、可磨性与鞍钢齐大山贫赤铁矿石接近的试样采用一次弱磁预选+强磁预选抛尾—球磨—一次弱磁选+强磁选—塔磨机磨矿(-200目为84.5%和89.8%)-1粗1精3扫常温反浮选流程处理,在弱磁预选磁场强度为199.04 kA/m、强磁预选背景磁感应强度为1 T,一段磨矿细度为-200目68.5%,一段弱磁选磁场强度为318.47 kA/m、一段强磁选背景磁感应强度为0.8 T;二段磨矿细度为-200目84.5%和89.8%情况下,对应的浮选温度同为19~21℃、浮选矿浆浓度同为40%左右、矿浆pH值同为11.5左右,对混合磁选精矿计的药剂用量粗选NaOH用量同为1200 g/t、淀粉用量分别对应为1200和1350 g/t、CaO用量480 g/t、改性脂肪酸钠用量分别对应为2000和1800 g/t,精选改性脂肪酸钠用量同为500 g/t,对应的精矿1品位为66.41%、回收率为77.92%,精矿2品位为67.89%、回收率为76.14%,选别指标较好,可作为开发利用依据。In order to provide a scientific basis for the expansion of a large-scale lean hematite beneficiation plant,the ore property analysis and beneficiation test were carried out.The results showed that the total iron content was 31.50%.The sample with hematite-limonite content of 19.80%,magnetic iron content of 7.40% and grindability close to that of lean hematite ore of Ansteel Qidashan was treated by one low intensity magnetic preconcentration+high intensity magnetic preconcentration discarding tailings-ball millingone low intensity magnetic separation+high intensity magnetic separation-tower mill grinding(fineness of−200 mesh was 84.5% and 89.8%,respectively)-one roughing one cleaning three scavenging reverse flotation process at normal temperature.Under the condition that the magnetic field intensity of low intensity magnetic preconcentration was 199.04 kA/m,the background magnetic induction intensity of high intensity magnetic preconcentration was 1 T,the grinding fineness of the first stage was−200 mesh accounting for 68.5%,the magnetic field intensity of the first stage low intensity magnetic separation was 318.47 kA/m,the background magnetic induction intensity of the first stage high intensity magnetic separation was 0.8 T,and the grinding fineness of the second stage was−200 mesh accounting for 84.5% and 89.8%.The corresponding flotation temperature was 19~21℃,the concentration of flotation pulp was both about 40%,and the pH value of pulp was both about 11.5.For the mixed magnetic separation concentrate,the dosage of NaOH in roughing was both 1200 g/t,the dosage of starch was 1200 g/t and 1350 g/t respectively,the dosage of CaO was 480 g/t,the dosage of modified fatty acid sodium was 2000 g/t and 1800 g/t respectively,and the dosage of selected modified fatty acid sodium was both 500 g/t.The corresponding grade of concentrate 1 was 66.41% and the recovery rate was 77.92%.The grade of concentrate 2 was 67.89% and the recovery rate was 76.14%.The selection index is good,which can be used as the basis
