摘 要:我国东北某钼铅锌硫化矿石中主要有回收价值的成分为钼,可综合回收成分为铅、锌、硫,伴生回收成分为铼、金、银;钼、铅、锌主要以辉钼矿、方铅矿与闪锌矿的形式产出;这些硫化矿物的嵌连关系不密切,但嵌布粒度较细,通过细磨也难以充分解离。为确定矿石的合理开发利用工艺进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,矿石采用钼铅锌混浮—混合精矿抑铅锌浮钼—混合浮选尾矿强化锌硫混浮再分离流程处理,最终获得钼品位46.51%、回收率77.74%的钼精矿,铅锌品位分别为21.52%和16.21%、回收率分别为39.97%和6.80%的铅锌混合精矿,锌品位41.25%、回收率55.89%的锌精矿,硫品位49.46%、回收率51.98%的硫精矿。In a molybdenum-lead-zinc sulfide ore in northeast China,molybdenum is the main component with recovery value.The comprehensive recovery components are lead,zinc and sulfur,while the associated recovery components are rhenium,gold and silver.Molybdenum,lead,and zinc mainly occur in the forms of molybdenite,galena,and sphalerite,respectively.The dissemination relationship between the sulfide minerals is not close,but the disseminated grain size is relatively fine,and it is difficult to fully dissociate by fine grinding.In order to determine the reasonable development and utilization process of ore,the beneficiation test was carried out.The results showed that the ore was treated by molybdenum lead zinc mixed flotation-mixed concentrate inhibiting lead zinc floating molybdenum-mixed flotation tailings strengthening zinc sulfur mixed flotation and then separating process.Finally,the molybdenum concentrate with the molybdenum grade of 46.51% and the recovery rate of 77.74% was obtained.The lead zinc mixed concentrate with the lead grade of 21.52% and the zinc grade of 16.21%,the lead recovery rate of 39.97% and the zinc recovery rate of 6.80% was obtained.The zinc concentrate with the zinc grade of 41.25% and the recovery rate of 55.89% was obtained.The sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 49.46% and recovery rate of 51.98% was obtained.
