摘 要:煤矸石是煤矿开采过程中产生的一种固体废物,具有占用土地、破坏和污染生态环境等问题。为了消除这些问题和危害,并实现其大宗、高值化利用,着重从煤矸石的成分和无机矿物纤维成分角度出发进行了研究,分析、计算得到了以煤矸石为主料的配料料方,认为按该配方和规定的工艺技术条件可生产出无机矿物纤维。研究表明,以煤矸石为主料生产无机矿物纤维,在推动工业固废的减量化、资源化、无害化的同时,促进了发展方式绿色转型,为煤矸石固废的利用提供了全新的思路和方向。Coal gangue is a kind of solid waste produced in the process of coal mining,which has the problems of occupying land,destroying and polluting the ecological environment.In order to eliminate the problems and hazards,and realize large-scale and high-value utilization,the composition of coal gangue and inorganic mineral fiber were studied.The batching formula with coal gangue as the main material was analyzed and calculated.It was considered that inorganic mineral fiber could be produced according to the formula and the specified process conditions.The research showed that the production of inorganic mineral fiber with coal gangue as the main material not only promoted the reduction,reclamation and harmlessness of industrial solid waste,but also promoted the green transformation of development mode,which provided a new idea and direction for the utilization of coal gangue solid waste.
