谢强刺营法治疗咽喉病虚寒证经验探析

摘　　要：旴江医学谢氏五官科流派传人谢强不仅将刺营放血疗法用于咽喉病热证、实证的治疗,亦用于虚、寒、瘀证所致的咽喉肿痹,同时配合补益气血的针灸处方或中药以扶正祛邪,拓展了刺营放血疗法的主治范围,临床取效迅捷。XIE Qiang,a descendant of Xie's Facology School of Xujiang Medical,not only used pricking blood therapy for heat certificate and empirical treatment of throat disease,but also for throat disease caused by asthenia cold syndrome,but with acupuncture prescription or traditional Chinese medicine to tonifying Qi and blood to strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil,which expanded the treatment scope of pricking blood therapy and achieved rapid clinical effect.
