加味阳和汤配合髋外展支具治疗早期LCPD的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味阳和汤配合髋外展支具治疗早期儿童股骨头坏死(LCPD)的临床疗效。方法:本研究选取于2014年8月—2018年8月在江西中医药大学附属医院儿童骨科治疗的符合纳入标准的LCPD患儿60例,按照随机数字表法以1∶1∶1的比例随机分成未系统观察组、髋外展支具组、加味阳和汤配合髋外展支具组,各20例。未系统观察组未行系统治理,髋外展支具组给予髋外展支具治疗,加味阳和汤配合髋外展支具组在髋外展支具基础上加服加味阳和汤。3个月为1个疗程,共3个疗程,疗程结束后分析各组患髋疼痛、髋关节活动功能。经1~4年随访,记录各组并发症情况。结果:加味阳和汤配合髋外展支具治疗早期LCPD后,患者患髋疼痛明显减轻或消失,髋关节功能基本恢复。经1~4年随访,未有严重并发症发生。结论:加味阳和汤配合髋外展支具治疗早期LCPD的临床疗效安全可靠,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yanghe decoction combined with hip abduction braces in the treatment of legg calve perthes disease(LCPD)in children.Methods:From August 2014 to August 2018,60 children with LCPD who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into unsystematic treatment group,hip abduction bracing group and Jiaweiyanghe decoction combined with hip abduction bracing group with a ratio of 1∶1∶1 according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The hip abduction bracing group was treated with hip abduction bracing.The Jiaweiyanghe decoction combined with hip abduction bracing group was treated with Jiaweiyanghe decoction on the basis of hip abduction bracing.3 months as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.After 3 courses of treatment,hip pain and hip function were analyzed in each group.After 1-4 years of follow-up,complications in each group were recorded.Results:After Jiaweiyanghe decoction combined with hip abduction brace in the treatment of early LCPD,the hip pain was significantly relieved or disappeared,and the hip function was basically recovered.After 1-4 years of follow-up,no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:Jiawei Yanghe decoction combined with hip abduction braces in the treatment of early LCPD is safe and reliable,which is worthy of popularization and application.
