摘　　要：银屑病是临床上常见的免疫系统难治病,全球发病率为1%~3%,且病程迁延不愈,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前临床上银屑病的中医治疗多从血分(血热、血瘀、血燥)论治为主,而脏腑辨证亦是其重要的辨证方法,两者相辅相成,又各具其特色。通过查阅中医古籍以及近20年临床相关文献,对银屑病的病因病机及脏腑(肺、心、脾胃、肝、肾)辨证进行阐述,为银屑病的诊治及研究提供新思路。Psoriasis is a common clinical refractory immune system,with the global incidence of 1%-3%,and the course of the disease is not cured,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.At present,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis is mainly based on blood classification(blood heat,blood stasis,and blood dryness),and the differentiation of zang fu organs is also an important method of syndrome differentiation.The two complement each other and have their own characteristics.At present,the author through the ancient Chinese medical books and the recent 20 years of clinical literature,the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis and Zang Fu(lung,heart,spleen,stomach,liver,kidney)syndrome differentiation were expounded,to provide a new idea for the diagnosis,treatment and research of psoriasis.
