摘　　要：综述中西医视角下的原发性痛经发生机制及芳香疗法在原发性痛经中的应用现状,重点介绍芳香中药吸入疗法在原发性痛经治疗中的可行性并提供相应的依据,旨在为我国原发性痛经病人提供一种新的具有中医特色的自我护理方式。This paper summarized the mechanism of primary dysmenorrhea from the perspective of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the application of aromatherapy in primary dysmenorrhea,and focused on the feasibility of aromatherapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and provided the corresponding basis,aiming at providing a new self-care method with Chinese characteristics for primary dysmenorrhea patients in China.
