摘  要:国内特高压直流输电线路发展迅速,其中换流变压器及其套管附件为典型电力装备,主要聚焦于6300 A大电流和800 kV高电压作用下关键电力装备机械振动特性理论建模与试验验证分析。首先分析了特高压换流站中使用的典型电力装备技术参数特性,提出换流变压器“场-路耦合”模型等效电路,并推导出“场-路耦合”模型三维图谱,获得了在不同振动信号作用下特高压换流变压器绕组及其附件套管结构将呈现不同的谐振特征。应用带通滤波器分析振动信号时间序列,表明带通滤波器限制频率为0~2000 Hz,可通过频率为2000~5000 Hz,进行傅里叶分解后发现信号幅值峰值出现在1000 Hz和2000 Hz附近。进一步,对换流变压器绕组及其套管附件结构短路电磁力及现场事故分析发现最大短路电流发生在t=0.01 s时刻,且其SVM辨识正确率为91.3%。该研究对于换流变压器及其套管附件典型电力装备基于振动信号的故障诊断具有指导意义。The development of UHVDC transmission lines in China is rapid,with converter transformers and bushing accessories being typical power equipment.This article focuses on theoretical modeling and experimental verification analysis of mechanical vibration characteristics of key power equipment under the action of 6300 A high current and 800 kV high voltage.Firstly,the technical parameter characteristics of typical electrical equipment used in UHV converter stations are analyzed,and the equivalent circuit of the"field circuit coupling"model for converter transformers is proposed.The three-dimensional atlas of the"field circuit coupling"model is derived.It is obtained that the winding and accessory bushing structures of UHV converter transformers will exhibit different resonance characteristics under different vibration signals.Using a band-pass filter to analyze the dynamic signal time series,it is shown that the band-pass filter limits the frequency from 0 to 2000 Hz,and can pass through the frequency from 2000 to 5000 Hz.After Fourier decomposition,it is found that the signal amplitude peaks appear near 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz.Further,the analysis of the short-circuit electromagnetic force of the converter transformer winding and its bushing accessory structure and the on-site accident found that the maximum short-circuit current occurred at moment s,and its SVM identification accuracy was 91.3%.The research in this paper has guiding significance for fault diagnosis of converter transformers and their bushing accessories,which are typical power equipment based on vibration signals.
