摘 要:为解决传统变频控制技术开关频率范围宽、电流型恒频控制技术瞬态响应速度慢等问题,提出并研究了一种电压电流双环准定频控制技术。以Zeta变换器为例,首先阐述了电压电流双环准定频控制技术的工作原理;然后分别建立了传统电流型恒频控制技术和电压电流双环准定频控制技术的小信号模型,通过波特图对比分析两者的瞬态性能;最后建立仿真和实验平台,对理论分析进行验证。研究结果表明:与传统变频控制技术和电流型恒频控制技术相比,电压电流双环准定频控制技术具有开关频率变化范围小、输出电压纹波小、负载瞬态响应速度快等优点。In order to solve the problem of the wide switching frequency range for traditional variable frequency control technology,and the slowly transient response for current-mode constant frequency control,a voltage and current double-loop quasi-fixed frequency control technology was proposed and studied.Taking zeta converter as an example,firstly,the operation principle was presented.And then,the small signal models of traditional current-mode constant frequency control technology and voltage-current double-loop quasi-fixed frequency control technology were established respectively.Based on that,the transient performances were compared and analyzed by Bode diagram.Finally,a simulation and experimental platform was established to verify the theoretical analysis.The research results show that,compared with the traditional variable frequency control technology and the current-mode constant frequency control,the voltage and current dual-loop quasi-fixed frequency control technology proposed in this paper has the advantages of small switching frequency range,small output voltage ripple,and fast load transient response.
