摘 要:针对电网中的变电站选址定容规划问题,提出了一种基于Voronoi图和改进差分进化算法的变电站规划优化方法。首先构建了变电站年费用最小的规划模型,然后针对模型求解,通过Voronoi图划分变电站的供电范围,并对差分进化算法中的变异算子和交叉算子的动态调整方式进行优化以提高其寻优性能,采用改进后的差分进化算法进行站址寻优。最后通过具体算例验证了所提规划方法的有效性和优越性。In power grid,for the problem of substation location and capacity planning,an optimization method for substation planning based on Voronoi diagram and improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the planning model of minimum annual cost of substation is constructed.Then,for the model solution,the Voronoi graph is used to divide the power supply range of the substation,and the dynamic adjustment mode of the variation operator and the cross operator in the differential evolution algorithm is optimized to improve its optimization performance.The improved differential evolution algorithm is used to optimize the site.Finally,the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed planning method are verified by specific examples.
