摘 要:针对沈阳市于洪区10 kV曹景线农网结构不合理,无功负荷较高,导致农网线损率较高的问题,设计了农网改造工程。根据曹景线农网规模,选择合理的农网结构。在改造曹景线中低压线路的过程中,以带电作业方式,使停电时间减少。通过无功补偿装置的应用,使农网改造工程降损节能效益最大化,进而实现曹景线农网的高效改造。最终的施工结果表示,改造工程的实际线损率在理论线损率的范围内,可保证曹景线农网的高经济性建设,应用价值较高。In view of the unreasonable structure of the 10 kV Caojing line in Yuhong District,Shenyang,and the high reactive load,which leads to the high loss rate of the rural network,a rural network reconstruction project was designed.According to the scale of the rural network of Caojing line,a reasonable rural network structure was selected.In the process of transforming medium and low voltage lines of Caojing line,live working mode was adopted to reduce the power outage time.Through the application of reactive power compensation device,the loss reduction and energy saving benefits of rural power network transformation project were maximized.The efficient transformation of rural power network of Caojing line was realized.The final construction results showed that the actual line loss rate of the reconstruction project was within the range of the theoretical line loss rate,which could ensure the high economic construction of the rural power network of Caojing line.The reconstruction projection has high application value.
