摘  要:结合一起较大直流分量导致失灵保护跳闸事故,分析了双回线的两侧系统短路容量相差较大时需在一侧投入重合闸检线路侧三相有压功能,但国内的重合闸只能接入一条线路的三相电压,线线串的中间断路器重合闸存在不能有效检测故障线路三相电压的问题。目前的解决方法主要是通过纵联差动保护永跳时联跳对侧,但有些纵联差动保护还不具备联跳功能,纵联距离保护也不具备联跳功能。结合一起线线串的中间断路器保护改造,提出电压切换的方法,以实现中断路器重合闸有效检测故障线路的三相电压。Combined with a large DC component leading to failure protection tripping accident,this paper analyzes that when the short-circuit capacity of the system on both sides of the double loop line is a significant difference,it is necessary to put in the three-phase pressure function on one side of the reclosing inspection line.However,the domestic recloser can only access the three-phase voltage of one line,and the intermediate circuit breaker reclosing of the line string has the problem that it cannot effectively detect the three-phase voltage of the faulty line.The current solution is mainly to protect the opposite side of the hop when the permanent trip is protected by the vertical differential,but some vertical differential protection does not yet have the joint trip function,and the vertical distance protection does not have the joint trip function.Combined with the protection transformation of the intermediate circuit breaker of the wire string,a voltage switching method was proposed to realize the circuit breaker reclosing and effectively detect the three-phase voltage of the faulty line.
