摘 要:在交流配电网的真空断路器领域内,配三相电磁斥力操作机构的真空断路器因其优异的机械性能成了研究热点,但偶然装配误差、极高运动速度及不完善电气拓扑等问题,致使其合闸同期性极难控制。针对上述问题,设计了一种机械联动的新型二拖三电磁斥力操作机构的真空断路器,采用电磁及动力学仿真对结构参数进行初步设计,并经合闸试验验证效果。试验结果表明:新型二拖三操作机构的真空断路器可提高合闸平均速度18%,有效抑制合闸弹跳时间;针对三相装配间隙误差问题,通过机械强制矫正,使三相合闸时间差控制在0.1 ms内;快速真空断路器驱动结构采用单侧驱动杆非居中布置,可有效提高三相合闸同期性。In the field of vacuum circuit breaker of AC distribution network,the vacuum circuit breaker equipped with three-phase electromagnetic repulsion operating mechanism has become a research hotspot.However,due to accidental assembly error,extremely high movement speed and imperfect electrical topology,it is very difficult to control its closing synchronization.In view of the above problems,a new vacuum circuit breaker with mechanical linkage two-drive-three electromagnetic repulsion operating mechanism was designed.The structural parameters were preliminarily designed by electromagnetic and dynamic simulation,and the effect was verified by closing test.The test results show that the vacuum circuit breaker of the new two-drive-three operation mechanism can increase the average closing speed by 18%and effectively suppress the closing bounce time.Aiming at the problem of three-phase assembly gap error,the three-phase closing time difference is controlled within 0.1 ms by mechanical forced correction.The drive structure of the fast vacuum circuit breaker adopted a single-side drive rod non-centered arrangement,which could effectively improve the contemporaneity of the three-phase closing.
