摘  要:传统热偶继电器通过电流的热效应,使有不同膨胀系数的双金属片发生形变,当形变达到一定程度时断开控制电路,实现电机的过载保护,但存在灵敏度低、可靠性差的问题,常出现没有可靠切断故障的情况,导致隔离开关损坏或重大停电事故。针对以上问题,提出了一种新型隔离开关电机电流智能化监测装置,通过对隔离开关整个分合闸过程进行电机电流采样并与标准曲线比对,评估驱动连杆及其他传动部件的完好性及触指的夹紧力,以保证隔离开关安全、可靠地分合闸,也可在发生误操作时快速切断电机电源,从而保证了电网的安全稳定运行。The traditional thermocouple relay deforms the bimetallic sheet with different expansion coefficients through the thermal effect of current.When the deformation reaches a certain distance,the control circuit is disconnected to achieve overload protection of the motor.However,there are problems of low sensitivity and poor reliability,and there is often unreliable cut-off fault,resulting in disconnector damage or major power outage accidents.In view of the above problems,a novel type of intelligent current monitoring device for disconnector motor was proposed.By sampling the motor current during the entire opening and closing process of the isolation switch and comparing it with the standard curve,the integrity of the drive linkage and other transmission components,as well as the clamping force of the contact finger,are evaluated to ensure the safe and reliable opening and closing of the isolation switch.It can also quickly cut off the motor power supply in case of misoperation,thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
