火力发电厂锅炉风机变频器故障自动诊断技术研究

摘　　要：在对变频器故障进行诊断的过程中,变频器本体信号在不同频率段具有的不同特征,导致诊断结果的准确度和可靠性较低,因此以火力发电厂锅炉风机变频器为研究对象,提出一种故障自动诊断技术。通过在风机变频器故障数据特征量阶段将频带能量作为指标参数,按照4层方式对原始变频器信号进行dbN小波分解处理,再将小波包提取到的信号转化为最优小波包分解树形式,计算得到各个节点的频带能量特征值;最后以提取结果为基础,利用变频器实际运行数据频带能量与故障特征之间的关系,实现对故障的准确诊断。测试结果表明,该技术对变频器故障的诊断结果具有较高的准确性。In the process of fault diagnosis of frequency converter,the accuracy and reliability of diagnosis results are relatively low due to the different characteristics of frequency converter body signals in different frequency bands.Therefore,taking the inverter of boiler fan in thermal power plant as the research object,an automatic fault diagnosis technology was proposed.By taking the band energy as the index parameter in the stage of fault data characteristics of the fan inverter,the db N wavelet decomposition process of the original inverter signal was carried out according to the 4-layer method.Then,the signal extracted by the wavelet packet was converted into the form of the optimal wavelet packet decomposition tree,and the band energy characteristic value of each node was calculated.Finally,based on the extraction results,the relationship between the frequency band energy of the actual operation data of the inverter and the fault characteristics was used to realize the accurate diagnosis of the fault.
