摘  要:介绍了一起某核电厂汽轮发电机转子返回制造厂后初测转子绕组直流电阻超标的事件,通过原因分析和相关试验排除了转子绕组匝间短路的可能,并经复测验证了分析的正确性。对此提出了直流电阻测量方面的相关建议,同时对转子直流电阻的各类标准进行了探讨,为同类问题的处理提供了借鉴。An event that the DC resistance of the initial measured rotor winding exceeds the standard after the turbine generator rotator in a nuclear power plant returns to the manufacturer is introduced.The possibility of inter-turn short-circuit of the rotor windings is excluded by reason analysis and related tests,and the correctness of the analysis is verified by repeated measurements.Suggestions on DC resistance measurement are given.At the same time,various standards for DC resistance of rotors are discussed,which can be used as reference for the treatment of similar problems.
