摘 要:目的 探讨新型冠状病毒(以下简称“新冠”)感染是否会对甲状腺相关激素的分泌产生影响。方法 根据纳入排除标准选取71例受试者为新冠感染组,根据《新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案(试行第十版)》分为轻型组27例,中型组31例,重型组6例,危重型组7例,同时选取71例受试者为健康对照组,共纳入142例受试者进行研究分析,使用化学发光法测量血清样本三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平,进行统计分析。结果 新冠感染组和健康对照组T3(P=0.204)和T4(P=0.2668)血清检测结果差异并无统计学意义,FT3(P<0.001)、FT4(P<0.001)和TSH(P<0.001)血清检测结果差异具有统计学意义。新冠感染分型不同,其T3(P=0.002<0.05)、FT3(P<0.001)、FT4(P=0.001<0.05)、TSH(P<0.001)线性趋势具有统计学显著性,而T4(P=0.901)线性趋势不显著且不具有统计学意义。结论 血清T3、FT3、FT4、TSH水平变化可能与新冠病程变化有关。Objective To explore whether the infection of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)affects the secretion of thyroid-related hormones.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,71 subjects were selected as the COVID-19 group.According to the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for novel coronavirus Infection(Trial Version 10),these patients were divided into the mild group of 27,moderate group of 31,severe group of 6,and critical group of 7 subjects.During the same period,71 subjects were selected as the healthy control group.A total of 142 subjects were included for the analysis.The concentrations of triiodothyronine(T 3),thyroxine(T 4),free triiodothyronine(FT 3),free thyroxine(FT 4),and thyrotropin(TSH)in serum samples were measured by chemiluminescence method and analyzed statistically.Results There were no significant differences in T 3(P=0.204)and T 4(P=0.2668)serum results between the COVID-19 group and the healthy control group,while there were significant differences in FT 3(P<0.001),FT 4(P<0.001)and TSH(P<0.001)serum results.Different clinical classification of COVID-19 showed that the linear trend of T 3(P=0.002<0.05),FT 3(P<0.001),FT 4(P=0.001<0.05),and TSH(P<0.001)was statistically significant,while that of T 4(P=0.901)was not statistically significant.Conclusion Changes in serum T 3,FT 3,FT 4,and TSH concentrations could be related with the progression of COVID-19.
