摘 要:用影像组学辅助解决临床问题的前提是“标准化医学影像数据的获取”,这是目前面临复杂且困难的问题。肺癌CT影像组学特征稳定性影响因素众多,对其深入探讨、研究,有利于肺癌CT影像组学规范化研究,有助于优化肺癌CT影像组学量化结果及解决临床问题的效能。因此,本文针对在肺癌CT影像组学研究过程中,影像获取与重建、肿瘤分割、特征提取这几个重要步骤中,影响影像组学特征稳定性因素的研究进展进行了综述。One premise of using radiomics to assist in solving clinical problems is“acquisition of standardized medical image data”,which is currently a complex and challenging research topic.There are many potential existing influencing factors to the robustness of lung cancer CT radiomics features.In-depth discussion and research for those factors will be helpful for the standardization of lung cancer CT radiomics,and optimization of the quantitative results of lung cancer CT radiomics,as well as the improvement of the efficacy in solving clinical problems.The current review summarizes research advances of factors affecting the robustness of radiomics features during image acquisition and reconstruction,as well as tumor segmentation.
