摘 要:为了克服纳米硼粉易团聚、易氧化、燃烧性能差等问题,以氟橡胶(F_(2602))为黏结剂,采用静电喷雾法制备多种不同工艺参数的纳米硼/F_(2602)复合微球,通过正交实验优化复合微球的制备工艺,寻找能使微球粒径均匀、形貌圆整的最佳制备工艺条件。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱、热重分析等表征了复合微球的形貌、结构以及热性能。结果表明最佳制备工艺条件为溶液浓度7%,F_(2602)与硼粉质量比3.5%,工作电压18 kV,工作速率1 mL·h^(-1);制备的纳米硼/F_(2602)复合微球间分散性好,改善了纳米硼粉的严重团聚现象;原料纳米硼粉上出现的硼酸峰并未出现在复合微球上,说明静电喷雾法制备的复合微球能有效防止纳米硼粉表面被氧化;与原料纳米硼粉相比,复合微球的氧化增重提高了22.98%,与氧气的反应程度更深,硼能量释放更彻底。In order to overcome the problems of easy agglomeration,easy oxidation and poor combustion performance of nano-boron powder,fiuorine rubber(F_(2602))was used as binder.Nano-boron/F_(2602) composite microspheres with different process parameterswere prepared by electrostatic spray method.The perparationtechnology of composite microspheres were optimized by orthogonal experiment,and the best preparation conditions for uniform particle size and rounded morphology of micro-spheres were been found.The morphology,structure and thermal properties of the composite microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,and thermogravimetry.The results show that the opti-mum preparation conditions were as follows:solution concentration 7%,the content of F_(2602) to boron power 3.5%,the injection rate 1 mL·h^(-1) and the injection voltage 18 kV.The prepared nano-boron/F_(2602) composite microspheres have good dispersion,and the serious agglomeration of nano-boron powder is improved.The boric acid peak on the surface of boron nanoparticles did not appear on the composite microspheres,indicating that the composite microspheres prepared by electrostatic spraying can ef-fectively prevent the surface oxidation of boron nanoparticles.Compared with the raw boron powder,the weight gain of the composite microspheres increased by 22.98%,and the reaction degree with oxygen was deeper,and the boron energy release was more complete.
