数字资本驱动下公共文化异化的表征、原因及博弈分析

摘　　要：数字资本的崛起,既可以通过“增量式”改革模式使公共文化得到重构和发展,也可以通过“搅局者”异质效应冲击公共文化的传统模式。在塑造新型“审美情趣”的同时,也使得公共空间充斥着所谓的“艺术精品”,最终导致公共文化异化。公共文化异化的主要矛盾是公共文化发展过程中数字力量、资本力量和国家力量之间的利益发展出现分歧。运用博弈理论分析其中政府与数字资本两大博弈主体策略下的行为逻辑,统筹协调利益关系以防止公共文化异化,为促进公共文化数字化及价值化发展提出对策,具体包括加大对数字资本融合主流文化监管力度、强化对主流文化价值控制及整合支持、提高对公共文化高净值化管理效益,为公共文化探索出一条适合公私权力交融的数字文明新未来之路。The rise of digital capital not only reconstructs and develops the public culture through the“incremen-tal”reform mode but also impacts the traditional mode of public culture under the“spoiler”heterogeneous ef-fect.While creating a new type of“aesthetic interest”,it also stuffs the public space with so-called“fine arts”,leading to the alienation of public culture.The principal contradiction of the alienation is the divergence of inter-ests among digital power,capital power,and national power in the development of public culture.The game theory is applied in this paper to analyze the behavioral logic of the strategy of the two game-agents,government and digital capital,to coordinate the relationship of their interests to prevent the alienation of public culture,and to propose some measures to promote the digitization and value of public culture.These measures include en-hancing the supervision on the integration between digital capital and mainstream culture,strengthening the value control and integrated support for mainstream culture,and improving the efficacy of high-net-worth man-agement of public culture,in order to explore a new future of digital civilization suitable for the integration of public and private power for public culture.
