摘　　要：推动社会主义核心价值观融入法律是在法律层面践行社会主义核心价值观的必然要求。从比较法视角研究核心价值观融入法律的立法表达,不仅是补足研究视角的有意做法,也是探索通过法律路径培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的有益尝试。客观剖析英美法系代表国家的美国以及大陆法系代表国家的德国在其核心价值观融入法律时的立法表达,健全立法审查机制,强化利用判决书传达价值观的意识,进行具有中国属性的权利话语表达,兼顾程序正义与实体正义,不失为推进社会主义核心价值观融入法律的一种方法。Promoting the integration of socialist core values into the law is a must to practice socialist core values at the legal level.Studying the legislative expression of integrating core values into the law from comparative per-spective is not only a deliberate practice to complement the research perspective,but also a useful attempt to cul-tivate and practice socialist core values through legal approaches.China should objectively analyze the legislative expression of core values in America which represents the common law system,and in Germany which repre-sents the civil law system.Perfect legislation review mechanism should be built and the awareness of using writ-ten judgment to convey values should be strengthened.China should also adopt discourse of rights with Chinese characteristics,and give equal attention to both procedural justice and substantive justice,which is a way to pro-mote the integration of socialist core values into the law.
