摘 要:为研究丁香微乳液长效制剂对鸡皮刺螨的杀灭效果及其最大作用时间,试验利用“熏蒸+触杀”法比较研究1、1.5、3、5、7、10、20 mg/mL 7种浓度丁香精油微乳液对鸡皮刺螨的杀灭活性并计算LC50;同时比较研究不同浓度不同剂型丁香杀螨制剂与三种市售除螨液在9 d内的杀螨效果。结果显示:丁香精油微乳液对鸡皮刺螨的LC50为1.24 mg/mL,其中5 mg/mL浓度即可杀灭所有供试鸡皮刺螨;0.5%、1%、3%丁香微乳液长效制剂的杀螨活性在2~5 d内显著大于各自同浓度、同时间点下的普通制剂组(P<0.05),另外与市售除螨液相比3%丁香微乳液长效制剂在2~5 d内对鸡皮刺螨的杀灭率显著大于除1%丁香微乳液长效制剂外同时间点下其他处理组(P<0.05)。研究表明,0.5%、1%、3%丁香微乳液长效制剂在试验期间内杀螨效果及最长作用时间均优于各对应浓度下的普通制剂组,其中1%、3%丁香微乳液长效制剂的杀螨效果优于试验中所使用的市售除螨液。In order to investigate the killing efficacy of clove microemulsion long-acting preparation on Dermanyssus gallina and its maximum effect time,"fumigation+palpation"was used to compare the killing activities of seven concentrations of clove microemulsions at 1,1.5,3,5,7,10,20 mg/mL against Dermanyssus gallina and to calculate the LC_(50).The mite killing efficacy of clove formulations at different concentrations and at different dosage forms with three commercially available mite removing solutions during 9 d was also compared.The results showed that the LC_(50) of clove microemulsion against Dermanyssus gallina was 1.24 mg/mL,in which all tested Dermanyssus gallina was killed at 5 mg/mL;The mite killing activity of 0.5%,1% and 3% clove long-acting microemulsion was significantly greater than that of the common formulation group at each concentration at the same time point within 2 to 5 days.In addition,the 3% clove micro emulsion lotion long-acting preparation had the highest killing rate against chicken skin acarid mites within 2 to 5 days compared with the commercially available acarid solution,and there was a significant difference with other treatment groups at the same time point except for the 1% clove microemulsion long-acting preparation(P<0.05).The acaricidal effect and maximum action time of 0.5%,1% and 3% clove micro lotion long-acting preparations were better than those of ordinary preparation groups at corresponding concentrations during the test period,and the overall acaricidal effect of 1% and 3% clove microemulsion long-acting preparations was better than the commercial acaricidal agents used in the test.
