摘  要:坏死性肠炎是由产气荚膜梭状芽孢杆菌引起的一种家禽肠道疾病,主要引起肉鸡和火鸡肠黏膜坏死。随着全世界肉鸡行业的大幅增长,坏死性肠炎成为一个严峻的挑战,导致了巨大的经济损失。坏死性肠炎是一种多因素疾病,易感因素包括球虫感染、日粮组成和管理因素。酶制剂、益生菌、益生元、合生元、精油、植物提取物、有机酸和噬菌体都是有效的抗生素替代品,可与生物安全措施一起使用,以减轻坏死性肠炎对家禽的负面影响。文章对坏死性肠炎的发病机制、易感因素和日粮调控措施进行了综述,为在生产实践中更好地调控家禽的肠道健康,减少经济损失,提高经济效益提供参考。Necrotizing enteritis is a poultry intestinal disease caused by Clostridium perfringens,which mainly causes intestinal mucosal necrosis in broilers and turkeys.With the rapid growth of broiler industry all over the world,necrotizing enteritis has become a severe challenge,resulting in huge economic losses.Necrotizing enteritis is a multifactorial disease.Susceptible factors include coccidial infection,dietary composition and management factors.Enzyme preparations,probiotics,prebiotics,synbiotics,essential oils,plant extracts,organic acids and bacteriophages are effective antibiotic substitutes,which can be used together with biosafety measures to reduce the negative impact of necrotizing enteritis on poultry.The pathogenesis,predisposing factors and diet control measures of necrotizing enteritis was reviewed in this article,in order to provide reference for better control of poultry intestinal health,reduce economic losses and improve economic benefits in production practice.
