摘  要:目前广泛使用的烟气脱硫技术主要采用石灰石-石膏湿法。该技术会产生大量的高氯废水,使得设备和管道被严重腐蚀。因此,脱硫废水除氯是目前迫切需要解决的问题。采用电催化法除氯时,生成的氯气返溶会生成盐酸和次氯酸,从而腐蚀电催化剂,导致析氯性能下降。因此,开发一种耐腐蚀的新型析氯电催化剂具有重要意义。本文制备了一种碳层包覆四氧化三钴的新型析氯电催化剂(C@Co_(3)O_(4))用于电催化耦合电絮凝法进行除氯。实验结果表明,C@Co_(3)O_(4)不仅除氯性能优于形稳性阳极(DSA),而且具有良好的稳定性;电压为5 V时,氯离子的去除率达到95%以上。Nowadays,the method of wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization technology is the most widely used.This technology will produce a large amount of high-chlorine wastewater,causing serious corrosion of equipment and pipelines.Therefore,the dechlorination of desulfurization wastewater is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.When chlorine is removed by the electrocatalytic,the generated chlorine gas will re-dissolve to form hydrochloric acid and hypochlorous acid,which will corrode the electrocatalyst and cause the chlorine evolution performance to decrease.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a new corrosion-resistant electrocatalyst for chlorine evolution.In this paper,a new type of chlorine evolution electrocatalyst coated with a carbon layer of cobalt tetroxide(C@Co_(3)O_(4))was prepared for the electrocatalytic coupled electrocoagulation for chlorine removal.The results showed that C@Co_(3)O_(4) not only had better chlorine removal performance than that of the dimensional stable anode(DSA),but also had good stability.When the voltage was 5 V,the chlorine removal rate reached more than 95%and the energy consumption was the lowest.
