摘 要:基于DOE(Design of experiments)实验设计统计理论给出哌嗪(PIP)和间苯二胺(MPD)水相双单体精准构筑复合膜性能的研究过程。系统地分析了水相两种反应单体的浓度、保湿缓冲剂磷酸钠(TSP)浓度、油相反应单体均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)的浓度以及烘箱温度(T),五个影响因子对复合膜的氯化钠截留率和纯水通量两个响应变量的单因素以及交互作用的影响。研究发现,复合膜性能显著的受MPD浓度“trade off”影响,DOE拟合回归方程对复合膜综合性能响应优化所得的最优解,所制备复合膜的氯化钠截留率平均值为84.6%,平均水通量59.3 L/(m^(2)·h),可作为低压高脱盐纳滤膜,应用于市政软化与浓缩分离领域。The present study proposes an experimental design theory based on DOE(Design of Experiment)to prepare composite membranes(TFC)using interfacial polymerization of piperazine(PIP)and m-phenylenediamine(MPD)as aqueous monomers.The single factor and interaction effects of various factors such as the concentration of aqueous monomers,hydrating buffer sodium phosphate(TSP),organic monomer trimesoyl chloride(TMC)and oven temperature(T)on the salt rejection and flux of the TFC were systematically analyzed.It was found that the performance of TFC was significantly influenced by MPD concentration,exhibiting a"trade off"effect.The optimal TFC solution prepared using DOE showed salt rejection of 84.6%and flux of 59.3 L/(m^(2)·h).The resulting TFC can be used as a nanofiltration membrane,which exhibits low pressure and high desalination capability,suitable for municipal softening and concentration separation processes.
