摘  要:金银花源miR2911是一种丰度较高、性质稳定的抗病毒分子,在抗流感病毒感染和SARS-CoV-2感染中发挥关键作用。然而,有关miR2911靶向猪伪狂犬病毒基因区域的研究鲜有报道。因此,本研究旨在分析miR2911靶向PRV的基因区域,进一步分析miR2911靶点在不同流行毒株中的保守性,以验证miR2911对靶向区域的结合作用。利用miRanda软件成功预测miR2911在猪伪狂犬病毒基因组中存在多个靶点,靶向猪伪狂犬病毒UL34基因区域保守性很高,利用报告基因系统证实miR2911可通过结合UL34靶向区域发挥抑制作用。这为后续深入研究miR2911在抗猪伪狂犬病的机理方面提供了重要支撑资料。Honeysuckle source miR2911,a highly abundant and stable antiviral assay that played a key role in fighting against influenza virus and SARS-CoV-2 infection.However,it studied on miR2911 targeting gene regions of PRV had rarely been reported.In this study,we aimed to analyze the gene regions of miR2911 targeting PRV,and made a further analysis of the conservation of miR2911 targets in different epidemic strains,and verified the binding effect of miR2911 on the targeted region.The miRanda software was used to successfully predict the presence of multiple targets of miR2911 in the genomes of PRV.The results showed that the gene regions targeting PRV UL34 were highly conserved.The reporter gene system confirmed that miR2911 could play an inhibitory role by binding to UL34 targeted region.This article provided important supporting data for the subsequent in-depth study of the mechanism of miR2911 in the PRV infection.
