我国面向东南亚地区图书版权输出环境与策略分析——以柬埔寨为例

摘　　要：随着“一带一路”政策的推进,东南亚地区与我国之间的交流合作越来越深入,具有经济与文化双重属性的图书版权贸易也成为国际合作的新亮点。柬埔寨作为东南亚国家之一,其经济与文化具有代表性。因此,通过梳理柬埔寨出版业发展现状,指出我国在与柬埔寨进行版权输出时面临的佛教盛行、文化保守、语言繁杂等问题,从版权输出类型、输出方式、出版政策三方面提出应对策略,从而促进中柬之间乃至中国与整个东南亚地区之间的图书版权合作进入新阶段。With the promotion of the the Belt and Road policy,exchanges and cooperation between Southeast Asian countries and China have become more and more in-depth,and book copyright trade with dual economic and cultural attributes has also become a new highlight of international cooperation.Cambodia,as one of the Southeast Asian countries,has a representative economy and culture.Therefore,by sorting out the current situation of the development of Cambodia􀆳s publishing industry and the characteristics of book consumers,this paper points out the problems faced by China in the process of copyright export with Cambodia,such as poor reading atmosphere,complicated religion and culture,and puts forward corresponding strategies from three aspects of copyright export type,export mode and publishing policy,so as to promote the book copyright cooperation between China and Cambodia and even between China and the whole Southeast Asian countries to enter a new stage.
