摘　　要：聚焦出版企业如何实现高质量融合发展,基于江苏凤凰出版传媒股份有限公司的纵向案例分析,提出了出版企业融合发展的具体模式,研究发现:技术创新是推动融合发展的外在动因,制度创新是推动融合发展的内在动因,制度与技术相互协调达成“双轮驱动”的效果,为出版业高质量发展提供动力;融合出版的本质是内容资源、平台渠道和金融资本三者的有机融合;传统出版业正在与其他传播形式加速融合,出版业与其他产业间的融合是未来出版业高质量发展的大趋势。这些发现突破了技术创新为首要创新动力的固定思维,进而深化了双轮驱动的相关研究,对中国出版业高质量融合发展有一定的启示意义。Focusing on how to achieve high quality integrated development of publishing enterprises,based on the longitudinal case analysis of Phoenix Media,this paper puts forward the specific mode of integrated development of publishing enterprises.The research finds that technological innovation is the external motivation to promote integrated development,and institutional innovation is the internal motivation to promote integrated development.The coordination between system and technology achieves the effect of“two-wheel drive”,providing the power for the high-quality development of the publishing industry.The essence of fusion publishing is the organic integration of content resources,platform channels and financial capital.The publishing industry is accelerating the integration with other forms of communication.The integration between the publishing industry and other industries is the general trend of high-quality development of the publishing industry in the future.These findings break through the fixed thinking that technological innovation is the primary driving force for innovation,and further deepen research on two-wheel drive.Finally,they also have certain implications for the integrated development of Chinese publishing enterprises.
