要素流动对城乡融合发展的空间效应研究

摘　　要：城乡融合发展是打破城乡二元结构实现乡村振兴的根本路径,而要素在城乡之间双向自由流动是实现城乡融合发展的关键与核心。通过建立多维度的评价指标体系,运用熵权法对我国内地30个省(市、自治区)2009至2020年的城乡融合发展水平进行测度,并对城市向乡村的要素流动程度进行了测度,建立基于时间固定效应的空间杜宾模型实证分析了劳动力、资本、技术和信息要素流动对城乡融合发展的空间效应。研究结果表明:1.中国城乡融合发展水平整体上呈缓慢上升趋势,在区域上呈现东部、中部、东北和西部地区阶梯型递减的特点;2.要素流动能够促进城乡融合发展,且这种促进作用存在显著的空间溢出效应;3.要素流动在东部、中部和西部地区产生的空间溢出效应存在异质性。在此基础上提出相关政策建议。s:Urban-rural integrated development is the fundamental way to break the urban-rural dual structure.And the two-way free flow of factors between urban and rural areas is the key to urban-rural integrated development.By constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation index system,the entropy method is used to measure the urban-rural integration development level of 30 provinces(cities,autonomous regions)in China from 2009 to 2020.Then measure the flow of factors between urban and rural areas from the perspective of flow efficiency and direction,and establish a spatial Durbin model based on time fixed effects to empirically analyze the spatial effects of labor,capital,technology and information factor flow on the urban-rural integrated development.The study found that:Firstly,the overall level of urban-rural integration development in China is on the rise slowly.The urban-rural integration development score in the eastern,central,northeastern and western regions is decreasing in steps;Secondly,the flow of factors can promote the urban-rural integrated development.This promotion has a significant spatial spillover effect.Labor,capital,information and technology factor in promoting urban-rural integrated development is decreasing in order.Thirdly,there is heterogeneity in the spatial effects of factors flow in the east,center and west.Based on the above conclusions,this article proposes relevant policy recommendations.
