摘 要:通过对某公司工业水车间混合污泥及浮渣在不同配比条件下PAM的加入量进行考察,得出结论:针对混合污泥,其阳离子PAM最佳加剂浓度为100 mg/L,此时絮凝效果好,上清液干净,浊度值为9.52 NTU;当混合污泥与浮渣进行配比,浮渣含量在10%~40%时,阳离子PAM药剂添加浓度控制在100~380 mg/L,絮凝效果较好;当混合污泥与浮渣配比,浮渣含量在50%以上时,阳离子PAM药剂添加浓度>500 mg/L,絮凝效果不理想,处理成本较高。此实验可以为三泥干化过程中优化药剂投加量提供技术支持。After investigating the PAM addition to mixed sludge and dross in a company's industrial water workshop under different ratio conditions,it drawn a conclusion that,for mixed sludge,the optimal concentration of cationic PAM was 100 mg/L,it would show good flocculation effect,cleansupernatant,and the turbidity value to 9.52 NTU.When the mixing sludge and drosswere proportioned and the dross content was 10%~40%,the addition concentration of cationic PAM was controlled within 100~380 mg/L,then the flocculation effect was better.When the proportion of mixed sludge and drosswas more than 50%,the concentration of cationic PAM was more than 500 mg/L,the flocculation effect was not ideal with highertreatment cost.This experiment could provide technical support for optimizing the dosage of chemical agent in the drying process.
