摘  要:GB18613-2020版新标准发布,提高了对相同额定功率的电动机能效整体要求。电动机能效要求的增加,带来电动机起动电流倍数的较大变化。文中根据实例阐述了此类变化对低压电动机电缆截面选择的影响。通过计算、比较及验证,提出可通过适当放大机端启动压降的要求,降低了因能效限定值升高而使动力电缆截面扩大造成的经济效益下降的解决办法。The GB18613-2020 version of the new standard has been released,which improves the overall requirements for the energy efficiency of motors with the same rated power.With the increase of motor energy efficiency requirement,the multiple of motor starting current changes greatly.This paper expounded the influence of such changes on the selection of cable section of low voltage motor based on examples,put forward solutions by calculation,comparison and verificationto properly enlarge the requirements of startup pressure drop of motor and then reduce the economic benefit decrease caused by the expansion of the section of the motor power cable after the increase of the energy efficiency limit.
