摘 要:目的:了解澳门地区儿童人类博卡病毒(Human Bocavirus,hBoV)感染的流行特点以及临床特点。方法:收集2014年至2017年因急性呼吸道感染疾病在澳门地区镜湖医院住院的儿科病例共4880例,采集鼻咽分泌物标本,以液态基因芯片悬浮技术(xMAP)检测进行呼吸道病毒测定并分析。结果:hBoV感染检出率为5.14%(251/4880例),hBoV与其他病毒混合感染率高,占hBoV感染病例67.3%(169/251例),其中合并肠/鼻病毒(48.5%,82/169例)最常见,其次为RSV(18.3%,31/169例)。幼儿组(8.1%,199/2462例)检出率最高,学龄期(0.8%,3/394例)最低,各年龄组间hBoV阳性检出率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四季间以秋季(14.1%,165/1174例)多发,不同季节间检出率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:澳门地区住院儿童呼吸道感染hBoV以秋季高发,病毒间混合感染常见,以合并肠/鼻病毒多见,混合感染与病情严重程度无直接相关性。Objective:To investigate the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of human Bocavirus among children with acute respiratory tract infection(ARTI)in Macao.Methods:4880 children with ARTI admitted to the pediatric department of KiangWu hospital in Macao from 2014 to 2017 were enrolled in this study.Nasopharyngeal swabs were collected and tested for respiratory virus infection.A qualitative nucleic acid multiplex test(The x TAG?Respiratory Viral Panel FAST v2,Luminex)was performed to identify the virus infection.Results:The detection rate of human Bocavirus was 5.14%(251/4880 cases).67.3%(169/251 cases)of human Bocavirus infection cases was co-infection.Enterovirus(48.5%,82/169 cases)had the highest co-infection rate,followed by RSV(18.3%,31/169cases).The detection rate was highest intoddler group(1-3 years old,8.1%,199/2462 cases)whereas it was lowest in school group(over 6 years old,0.8%,3/394 cases).Human Bocavirus infection among children were detected most frequently in autumn(14.1%,165/1174 cases),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Human bocavirus was prevalent among children withARTI in Macao,with a peak in autumn.Co-infection with other viruses was common in hBoV infection,mostly with enterovirus/rhinoviruses,there is no direct relation between co-infection and the severity of the disease.
