岭南伤科验方联合椎旁封闭治疗骨质疏松性中位胸椎骨折PVP术后残余痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨岭南伤科验方联合椎旁封闭治疗骨质疏松性中位胸椎骨折PVP术后残余痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的40例骨质疏松性中位胸椎骨折PVP术后残余痛患者,按照随机数字法,分为对照组与治疗组各30例。治疗组采用岭南伤科验方口服,配合椎旁封闭。对照组采用龙血竭胶囊口服,配合病变椎体两侧膀胱经的穴位针刺,疗程14天。比较治疗前后胸背痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、卧床下地时间、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果:与治疗前相比,两组VAS评分、卧床下地时间、ODI明显下降,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且治疗组比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:岭南伤科验方联合椎旁封闭治疗骨质疏松性中位胸椎骨折PVP术后残余痛的疗效优越,且安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lingnan traumatology prescription combined with paravertebral occlusion in the treatment of residual pain after PVP in osteoporotic median thoracic vertebral fractures.Methods:40 patients with residual pain after PVP with osteoporotic median thoracic vertebral fracture were divided intocontrol group and treatment groupaccording to the random number method from Jan 2021 to Jan 2022,each group was 20cases.Control group was treated by Dragon's blood exhaustion capsule taken orally,and acupuncture was carried out with acupuncture points of the bladder meridian on both sides of the diseased vertebral body.Treatment group was treated by Lingnan traumatology prescription oral and paravertebral occlusion.The VAS visual analogue scoreof chest and back pain,bed rest time,Oswestry dysfunction index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the VAS score,time to bed,and ODI score were decreased significantly in the treatment group than those in the control group(all P<0.05),although all the observationalindexwere decreased significantly in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lingnan traumatology prescription combined with paravertebral occlusion in the treatment of residual pain after PVP in osteoporotic median thoracic vertebral fracture has superior efficacy and good safety.
