红外热成像评价针刺结合腕踝针治疗颈性失眠临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合腕踝针治疗颈性失眠的临床疗效,并采用红外热成像进行客观评价。方法:将60例颈性失眠患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组用针刺结合腕踝针治疗,对照组采用艾司唑仑片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分和红外热成像额面部温度变化。结果:试验组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),而对照组下降不明显(P>0.05);两组治疗后PSQI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组额面部平均温度均较同组治疗前下降(P<0.05),且试验组较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合腕踝针治疗颈性失眠疗效明确,红外热成像检查可客观评价其临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of cervical insomnia,and to objectively evaluate it by infrared thermography.Methods:Sixty patients with cervical insomnia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture,and the control group was treated with Estazolam.visualanalogscale(VAS),pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores,and frontal facial temperature changes in infrared thermography were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The score of VAS in the experimental group decreased compared with thatbefore treatment(P<0.05),while the control group did not decrease significantly(P>0.05).The PSQI score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average frontal facial temperature of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of acupuncture combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture in the treatment of cervical insomnia is clear,and infrared thermography can objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy.
