摘　　要：2014年开始,动物疫病防治员被列为全国农业行业职业技能竞赛工种之一。为提升基层动物疫病防治员整体职业技能水平,安徽省农业农村主管部门牵头安徽省动物疫病预防与控制中心等单位,组织了农业行业职业技能竞赛——动物疫病防治员(以下简称“竞赛”),2014—2022年共开展了7次省级竞赛并参加了5次国家级竞赛。从历年省级竞赛结果来看:个人和团体前3名的成绩合格率都高于60%,呈波动状变化,其中2014年最低,2016年最高;个人和团体前3名选手来自六安市的人数最多。从国家级竞赛结果来看,2016年团体总分最高,为全国第3名;个人最好成绩出现在2018年。历届竞赛为基层动物防疫队伍建设以及全省重大动物疫病防控、畜产品质量安全提供了坚实技术保障。今后各级农业农村主管部门应高度重视,加强宣传动员,积极与相关机构沟通,加大奖励力度,强化理论培训、实操训练及心理辅导,以提升本省动物疫病防治员竞赛成绩和整体职业技能水平。Since 2014,the occupation of animal disease preventers has been included into vocational skills competitions in agriculture industry conducted across China as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.In order to improve the overall professional skills of animal disease preventers at grassroots level,from 2014 to 2022,vocational skills competitions for animal disease preventers in agriculture industry(hereinafter referred to as competitions)were organized by Anhui Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control who was led by Anhui agricultural and rural authorities,covering 7 competitions at province level,in addition,Anhui Province participated 5 competitions at national level.For previous competitions at province level,both the pass rates of individuals and groups ranked as Top 3 were higher than 60%,changing in a fluctuant way,lowest in 2014 and highest in 2016;and most of the participators ranked as Top 3 came from Liu'an City.For the competitions at national level,the highest overall group score was achieved in 2016,ranking the third across China;and the best individual score was in 2018.The building of animal disease prevention teams at grassroots level,prevention and control of major animal diseases across the province and the quality and safety of livestock products were technically and strongly safeguarded by previous competitions.Agricultural and rural authorities at all levels were therefore recommended to give top priority to the efforts,increase awareness improvement,actively communicate with relevant institutions,increase incentives,and to strengthen theoretical training,practical training and psychological guidance to improve the professional skills and quality of individuals and groups.
