摘　　要：脂溢性脱发虽不影响身体健康,但头发进行性减少会给患者的外观带来影响,又因其反复难愈,治疗困难,严重影响患者的心理健康及生活质量。徐宜厚教授通过中医整体观对脂溢性脱发辨证施治,证分血热风燥、脾胃湿热、肝肾湿热三型。治疗中注意安神药物的使用,同时配合针灸、外洗方内外兼治,因人制宜,女性患者强调调理冲任,临床取得良效。Although seborrheic alopecia does not afiect physical health,progressive hair loss can afiect the patient's appearance.It has a serious impact on patients'psychological well-being and quality of life due to recurrence and difficulty in treatment.Professor Xu Yihou's treatment of seborrheic alopecia through holistic perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.The evidence of seborrheic alopecia is divided into three types:blood heat and wind dryness,spleen-stomach damp-heat and damp-heat in liver and kidney.In treatment,attention is paid to the use of sedative drugs,together with acupuncture and external cleansing formulas for both internal and external treatment,which is tailored to the individual,with emphasis on regulating Chong Ren in female patients,resulting in good clinical results.
