摘　　要：玫瑰痤疮是一种面部常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,以面中央为主的阵发性潮红、持久性红斑、丘疹、丘脓疱疹、增生肥大性改变、角膜炎等为主要临床表现,常伴灼热刺痛、干燥瘙痒等不适。根据其皮疹特点,白长川教授提出从温病营血论治玫瑰痤疮,应用清营汤加减治疗取得了较好的疗效。Rosacea is a common chronic recurrent skin inflammation of the face.The main clinical manifestations are paroxysmal flushing,persistent erythema,papules,papules and pustules,keratitis,hyperplasia and hypertrophy changes in the center of the face.It is often accompanied by burning pain,dry itching and other discomfort.According to the characteristics of skin rash,Professor Bai Changchuan proposed the treatment of rosacea from the perspective of epidemic febrile disease and Yingxue,and the application of Qingying Decoction in the treatment of acne rose has achieved good efiect.
