摘　　要：噪声污染是新建、改建、扩建公路和城市道路中面临的主要环境问题。本文在对我国公路和城市道路交通噪声污染防治工作及难点总结的基础上,结合《中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法》和《“十四五”噪声污染防治行动计划》的新规定、新要求,针对目前噪声污染防治的短板弱项,提出了新时期的工作策略。Noise pollution is one of the main environment problems in the construction,reconstruction and expansion of highway and urban roads.In this paper,firstly,based on the elaboration on the prevention and control work of highway and urban roads traffic noise pollution in China and summary of the difficult problems.Secondly,analyzed the shortcomings of new regulation and requirements in Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution and The 14^(th)Five-Year Plan Action Plan for Noise Pollution Prevention and Control for current noise pollution prevention and control work.Finally,the direction and content of future are proposed.
