“城市更新”下工业遗产的景观再生设计途径

摘　　要：为探究工业遗产景观的再生设计途径,本文从国内外优秀的城市工业遗产景观再生案例出发,对工业遗产的历史文化成因、工业文明的延续和人性关怀的价值进行分析研究,总结了如修旧利废、循环再生、新旧共生、生态修复等工业遗产景观的再生设计途径。最后,指出工业遗产的景观再生设计不是大拆大建,而是“城市更新”下的“有机更新”。“再生设计”应当遵循尊重与保留的原则,从而更好地推动城市的更新和发展。In order to explore the regeneration design approaches of industrial heritage landscapes,this article starts from excellent urban industrial heritage landscape regeneration cases at home and abroad,analyzes and studies the historical and cultural causes of industrial heritage,the continuation of industrial civilization,and the value of human care.It summarizes the regeneration design approaches of industrial heritage landscapes,such as renovation and reuse,recycling,symbiosis of old and new,and ecological restoration.Finally,it is pointed out that the landscape regeneration design of industrial heritage is not a large-scale demolition and construction,but an“organic renewal”under“urban renewal”.“Regeneration design”should follow the principles of respect and preservation,in order to better promote urban renewal and development.
