摘  要:针对现有丘陵果园开沟施肥装备通过性差以及操作人员作业环境差的问题,设计了一种履带自走式果园遥控开沟施肥机。根据设计方案该机可以一次性完成开沟、施肥、覆土作业。该机采用了履带液压电控驱动,不仅提高了机器在丘陵果园的通过性能,还实现了远程遥控,大大改善了操作人员的作业环境。性能试验表明,果园遥控开沟施肥机各工作部件运行良好,开沟深度和施肥量符合设计要求,开沟深度稳定性系数≥96.56%,排肥稳定性系数为90.38%,田间试验开沟深度稳定性≥91.86%。性能试验和田间试验结果表明该遥控开沟施肥机能够满足果园的开沟施肥要求。In view of the problems of the poor trafficability of the existing trenching and fertilizing equipment in hilly orchards and the poor working environment of the operators,a crawler self-propelled orchard remote control trenching and fertilizing machine was designed.According to the design scheme,the machine can complete trenching,fertilization and soil covering at one time.The machine is driven by crawler hydraulic electric control,which not only improves the passing performance of the machine in hilly orchards,but also realizes remote control,greatly improving the operating environment of operators.The results of the performance test showed that the working parts of the orchard remote control ditching and fertilizing machine operated well,the ditching depth and fertilizing amount met the design requirements,the ditching depth stability coefficient was greater than or equal to 96.56%,and the fertilizing stability coefficient was 90.38%.The field test showed that the stability of ditch depth was more than or equal to 91.86%.The results of performance test and field test show that the orchard remote control furrow fertilizer applicator can meet the requirements of orchard furrow fertilization.
