摘　　要：设计并构建了基于WebSocket架构的电信运营商远程视频营业厅系统。以WebRTC和RTP音视频通信技术实现流媒体接入和CS通信全双工,并利用SIP协议进行路由控制,通过和运营商CRM客户关系管理系统的融通来实现用户端到坐席端的通信和业务流程贯通,实现交互、认证、业务协同的可靠落地,为客户提供全新、便捷的线上服务体验。In this paper,a video and audio remote service hall system based on WebSocket is designed and built,and the overall framework is introduced,including functions structure,technology structure and network structure.WebRTC and RTP are applied to support the access of stream media and CS full-duplex communication,and SIP protocol is used for routing control.Through the integration with the CRM customer relationship management system of the operator,the communication and business process connection from the user to the agent are realized,and the reliable implementation of interaction,authentication and business collaboration is achieved.It provides customers with a new and convenient online service experience.
