摘  要:RM水电站是LCJ上游梯级电站的唯一龙头水库和清洁能源基地的控制性工程,其砾石土心墙堆石坝最大坝高315m,为世界罕见的大坝。工程具有“地质条件复杂、施工条件恶劣、生态环境脆弱”等显著特点,天然防渗土料存在显著质量缺陷、地震烈度高。在借鉴多个同等规模已建或在建工程经验的基础上,针对大坝防渗安全性、变形适应性、堆石料的缩尺效应、湿化流变、抗震安全等关键技术问题开展了系统研究,阐明了颗粒尺度对堆石料参数的影响机制及变化规律,建立了考虑湿化、流变和风化劣化影响的坝体变形控制指标,揭示了砾石土水力击穿破坏形式及机理,预测了强震作用下高土石坝动力响应特性及破坏模式,研究成果为RM特高心墙堆石坝的建设奠定了坚实的基础,也可为同类工程建设提供借鉴。RM Hydropower Station is the only leading reservoir and the control project of clean energy base of cascade hydropower stations in the upper reaches of LCJ.The maximum dam height of its gravel earth core rockfill dam is 315m,which is rare in the world.The project is characterized by“complex geological conditions,harsh construction conditions and fragile ecological environment”.Its natural impervious soil material has obvious quality defects and high seismic intensity.Based on the experience of several projects with the same scale built or under construction,the key technical problems such as dam seepage control safety,deformation adaptability,scale effect of rockfill,wetting rheology and seismic safety are systematically studied.The influence mechanism and variation law of particle size on rockfill parameters are expounded.The dam deformation control index considering the influence of wetting,rheology and weathering deterioration is established.The form and mechanism of hydraulic breakdown failure of gravel soil are revealed.The dynamic response characteristics and failure mode of high earth-rock dam under strong earthquake are predicted.The research results lay a solid foundation for the construction of RM extra-high core rockfill dam and provide reference for similar projects.
